compassion
One voice calling
all the voices
calling one word
Compassion
Compassion for each other
and for ourselves
as we misname striving
for love and light
for each other
as failure
which it is not
however halting
or hurting
it be
We keep turning round the gyre
reaching out
from pain and passion
from frustration and fear
growing
healing
learning
loving
for as long as we are in this world
